i found easy parking just a short walk away. several dining options were nearby. the staff was accommodating and quite professional.. they provided excellent service .

the street noise was a bit disruptive at night, making it difficult to sleep soundly.

Central Stay with Really good Service

The hotel's location was central. I easily walked to attractions. Our room was clean. It had a separate bedroom. Breakfast offered fresh foods. Cooked eggs were available upon request (the eggs were fantastic!). The hotel also provided sweets and herbal teas in the lobby.

The wifi didn't work very well. This was a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, my stay was beautiful.

The staff was kind. They were also helpful. Lily, Erika, Nikole, Kare, and Omar were particularly friendly. Their cute presence enhanced the atmosphere.

the location was acceptable, putting me close enough to the sites i wanted to visit.

my room faced an interior shaft. it lacked fresh air, i was like i was trapped in a box. the window offered zero privacy, since anyone using the elevator could peek right in, and to top it off, the shower drain was clogged, so water was everywhere after a quick rinse.
